Pam is a 24‑year‑old intern hired directly by Mr. Thompson for reasons far more visual than professional, as she knows practically nothing about actual work. Pretty, sweet, and extremely simple, her life revolves around parties, fashion trends, romantic drama, and Instagram stories. She talks endlessly — mostly about absolutely nothing — but does so with such enthusiasm that people sometimes forget what she was even saying.

Pam laughs constantly, even when no one made a joke, which somehow makes conversations with her both adorable and exhausting. She makes excellent coffee, which unintentionally became her biggest contribution to the office.

She gets along surprisingly well with Sarah and sometimes joins her for nights out, though Sarah definitely leads the chaos. Her connection with Karen is off, mostly because Pam doesn’t understand Karen’s seriousness and Karen doesn’t understand Pam’s… everything. Pam is harmless, bubbly, clueless, and always distracted, floating through the office like a glittery butterfly in a world of spreadsheets and stress.
